Cancellation Policy
Notice Period
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, postpone or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another customer on our waiting list.
We understand emergencies happen – if something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll always try to be understanding where we can.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Unfortunately, if less than 48 hours' notice is given, or if you don’t attend your appointment without letting us know, the following fees will apply:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment: 50% of the grooming fee

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the grooming fee
If you miss more than one appointment or cancel at short notice multiple times, we may request a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
